Portrait of a woman in a suit

This interactive legal workshop is designed for new property managers and those transitioning into portfolio management roles. Being a property manager demands a strong grasp of legal procedures and decision-making responsibilities. Through real-world scenarios and hands-on learning, this course explores common legal challenges in leasehold management and practical ways to navigate them. Set around a fictional block, the session provides delegates with a specimen lease and Articles of Association for pre-reading to ensure practical engagement throughout the course.
