We offer a personalised service where you will deal directly with your dedicated Property Manager and their support teams who make use of an information sharing systems to ensure all information is up to date. Our service charge management is supported by the other departments in the firm. Building Consultancy can deal with all project management and Health & Safety matters whilst our Leasehold Reform team are specialists in enfranchisement, lease extensions and all aspects of leasehold reform law and practice.
