MCS is an owner managed company with IRPM qualified Property Managers, qualified internal Accountants and Nebosh/Iosh qualified surveyors. MCS manages a comprehensive portfolio of properties throughout London and the Home Counties. The vast majority (nearly 85%) of new business to MCS comes by way of personal recommendation, either from existing clients or where clients have recommended MCS to friends, family or work colleagues. MetroPMs reputation stems from its directors and employees combined experience of 30 years in residential property management, development and surveying. From small residential estates to large luxury city centre developments, our comprehensive property management service can be scaled to deliver cost-effective solutions to every type of leasehold property. MetroPM considers the individual requirements of leaseholders, house builders and freeholders to ensure all aspects of property management are provided. MetroPM oversees the day-to-day running of its estates, including managing relationships with employees and regular contractors, such as gardeners, cleaners and maintenance staff. MetroPM also takes care of any large maintenance contracts by tendering and appointing approved specialists to carry out necessary works as well as making regular estate inspections. We provide the Directors of a Management Company with regular reports as required, and will act as Company Secretary if required
