We are a small firm of Residential Management specialists formed in 1998 based in the centre of Witney, with a team of seven staff dedicated to providing an efficient and customer led service. We are able to provide a very focused service, with a high emphasis on client care and transparency. We offer two levels of management service, Full Management and Smart Plan, which enables us to tailor the service to the needs of the client. Clients range from Residential Management Companies, RTM’s, Landlords, to private Freehold Estates. Project management work is usually undertaken by ourselves and not outsourced. Residential Block Management of long leasehold and freehold developments has become complex due to increased regulation by Acts of Parliament and Industry Best Practice Guidance. We have the specialist knowledge to inform clients of these requirements so as to ensure that the development is properly run. Service charge monies are held as Trust funds. Annual Accounts are prepared in accordance with the Best Practice agreed from the The Property Institute (TPI) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
