A 6-hour online course being be run over 2 consecutive days (3-hours per day). This course is provided for block managers looking to learn the basics of fire safety for residential buildings.

An advanced Online Webinar, (3 hours a day over 2 consecutive days), for directors and senior managers who are responsible for undertaking the management of health and safety risk within their own organisation and on behalf of their clients to ensure that they comply with current health and safety law.

This online 2 hour training course delivers instruction on how to conduct basic fire door checks under Regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.

This introductory session is tailored to equip property managers with the foundational knowledge needed to navigate the Building Safety Act. With emphasis on practical understanding, the course focuses on key definitions, timelines, and the operational impact of the new regime.

The Building Safety Act and the Building Regulations require organisations involved in either the management of building safety risks in higher-risk buildings or the management or undertaking of building work in accordance with the Building Regulations 2010 to have the necessary organisational capability.

The introduction of the Building Safety Act 2022 introduces new responsibilities and accountabilities on owners and managers of high-rise residential properties.

Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, including key responsibilities and legal obligations.

Changes to the Building Regulations have created new client duties with criminal penalties. This has brought into sharp focus the risks to managing agents when procuring building works for their clients.

This full day online course is designed to introduce new entrants to the property management sector to the essential health and safety knowledge required in their role. This course aims to provide a practical foundation without overwhelming participants with technical qualifications or specialist training.
